 PYUNG-AHN-TAI-YOGA

The concept of combining the smooth seamless flow of Tai Chi movement to lead the practitioner to the destinations of a variety of Yoga Asanas` was created during the many years of Hatha Yoga and Tai Chi practice. Although many say the two cannot be combined Stephen. BSY.[Yoga]. has managed to study both and maintain the integrity of both practices with his unique syllabus which covers everything from standing, kneeling, sitting, prone, supine and side positions.

This form of practice was first stimulated in Stephen by the seamless flow of Salute to the Sun. This allows a moving meditation which negates any desire for egotistical posturing sometimes displayed even unintentionally in Yoga practice.

There are many toying with this concept and hopefully they will, or have, developed this hybrid form of meditative movement and exercise.
